Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Opotiki District Court
on 15 June 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1995 Honda Accord, Registration No. ATQ486.
Against: Naralee Hikitia Tai.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 315 5210) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
