Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), notice is given that Compliance Document G13 Foul Water is proposed to be amended.
The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Pursuant to section 409 (2) (d) of the Act, I give notice that AS/NZS 3500: Part 2:2003 (including amendment 1) is proposed to be incorporated by reference in Compliance Document G13. This will replace the reference to AS/NZS 3500: Part 2.2:1996.
The discussion document regarding this change is available for inspection until 6 October 2006, at the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six,
