Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Energy hereby appoints
Stanley Joseph Rodger, C.M.G.
as a member of the Electricity Commission Board, as established under the Electricity Act 1992, for a term of three years commencing on 31 August 2006 and expiring on 30 August 2009.
