Pursuant to section 160 (3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jane Meares, Acting Treasury Solicitor (acting under delegation from The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance), hereby give notice that on 10 August 2006, approval was given by the Minister of Health and Associate Minister of Finance, under section 160 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for the Crown Health Financing Agency to acquire a security in relation to the
sale of a former hospital site.
