Pursuant to section 160 (3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jane Meares, Manager, Legal Group, The Treasury, hereby give notice that on 23 August 2006, The
Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance,
and The Honourable Steve Maharey, Minister of Broadcasting, gave approval, under section 160 (1) (b)
of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for Radio New Zealand
to hold debt facilities up to a maximum of $3.5 million provided the debt is held with a New Zealand registered bank or building society that meets the credit rating specified in the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations 2005.
