Under section 140 of the Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003, I revoke the appointments of the following persons as compulsory care co-ordinators for the named geographical and operational areas listed below.
Northern region, being Northland and Auckland:
Mark Johansson.
Southern region, being the whole of the South Island:
Sarah Todd.
The revocation of these appointments takes effect on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette.
