Pursuant to section 7 (4) of the Corrections Act 2004,
I, Damien Peter O’Connor, Minister of Corrections, hereby give notice that on 28 August 2006, in accordance with section 7 (2) of the Corrections Act 2004, I directed the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections to issue an instruction that prohibits the transportation of youth (under 18 years) in the same vehicle compartment as adult prisoners.
