Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Napier District Court
on 14 June 2006, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1989 Honda Accord, Registration No. SJ2227.
Against: Ted Luke Paul Walker.
1999 Mitsubishi Lancer, Registration No. DAZ90.
Against: Steven Heremaia.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
