Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Napier District Court
on 2 August 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1985 Honda Prelude, Registration No. SH3119.
Against: Samuel Patrick Rarere.
1988 Mitsubishi Lancer, Registration No. SK5532.
Against: Andrew James Hosegood.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
