Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 16 August 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1991 Mazda 626, Registration No. PT6529.
Against: Sam Michael Buckley.
1992 Toyota Ceres, Registration No. YF5158.
Against: Blair Raymond Cox.
1994 Honda RVF motorcycle, Registration No. 44URH.
Against: Michael Albert Alty.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
