Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hamilton District Court
on 10 August 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Toyota hatchback, Registration No. SC7806.
Against: Benjamin Irimana Gemmell.
1989 Holden Berlina, Registration No. PB127.
Against: Eon LeNoel.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 957 7786) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
