Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Ashburton District Court on 31 July 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1993 Mazda Lantis, Registration No. ABL600.
Against: George Hori Hemi.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 307 9060) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
