Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 13 and Schedule 1 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002, I have reappointed

Jenny Kirk, of Auckland
Marton David Sinclair, of Christchurch
as members of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board
of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on
1 September 2006; and
Frances Helen Russell, of Wellington
Peter Michael Smidt, of Napier
as substitute members of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 1 September 2006.
The reappointments of

Marton David Sinclair
are made on the recommendation of a body representing licensed cadastral surveyors pursuant to section 13 (2) (a) of the said Act.
