Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Gisborne District Court on
1 August 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
2000 Hyundai Lantra, Registration No. ZF4943.
Against: Rochelle Frances Rangihuna.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 869 0355) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
