Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Taumarunui District Court on 14 February 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1989 Ford Fairmont, Registration No. OL1502.
Against: Dominic Ian Gray.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 896 0010) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
