I appoint

as chair for a term of office from 1 August 2006 to 31 May 2008; and

as deputy chair for a term of office from 1 August 2006 to 30 June 2009; and
Tumu te Heuheu, of Turangi
Te Aue Davis, of Auckland
Merata Kawharu, of Auckland
as members for a term of office from 1 August 2006 to
30 June 2007; and
Murray Mouat, of Invercargill
as a member for a term of office from 1 August 2006 to
31 December 2006.
