Pursuant to section 5 of the Marine Mammals Protection
Act 1978, the Director-General of Conservation notifies
that an application was received from Wendi Roe, of Massy University, on 11 July 2006 to:
? export 13 teeth of New Zealand sea lions (Phocarctos hookeri) to the North Atlantic Marine Mammal Commission, Norway, for the purpose of age structure research.

Unless a person making a submission states to the contrary in the submission, that person will be deemed to give his/her consent to the release under the Official Information Act 1982 of all the information in the submission.
