In the notice with the above heading, dated the 23rd day of November 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 December 2004, No. 158, page 3921, in clause 2 (c) (ii), please replace
“those waters of Big Glory Bay generally southward of a line from the point west of Sailors Rest (46º58.09'S 168º08.42'E), then generally in a north-westerly direction to the north-eastern point of Bravo Island (46º57.42'S 168º08.45'E), then following the mean high water spring line in a westerly direction along the shore of Bravo Island to a point (46º57.35'S 168º08.13'E), then generally west across the sand spit to the nearest land at (46º57.42'S 168º08.45'E).”
with

of Bravo Island (at approximately 46º57.70'S and 168º08.45'E), then following the mean high-water springs mark in a westerly direction along the northern shoreline of Bravo Island to a point (at approximately 46º57.58'S and 168º08.13'E), then generally west across the sand spit to the nearest land on the Stewart Island coast (at approximately 46º57.58'S and 168º07.90'E).”
