a Commissioner, and Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Tauhara College (166)
Pursuant to section 78N (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Tauhara College (166) and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
As a consequence of this action the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Tauhara College (166) (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 March 2005, No. 56, page 1433) is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
