Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Dennis Finn
as commissioner for Tauhara College.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Tauhara College are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
