Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and
on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased
to appoint
Pamela Jean Andrews, barrister and solicitor of Wellington
a Judge of the High Court to take effect on 3 July 2006.
