Pursuant to section 65ZD of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives the following notice:
“On the 25th day of June 2006, I, The Honourable
Dr Michael John Cullen, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour of Westminster City Council, under an Indemnity Deed related to the New Zealand War Memorial at Hyde Park Corner, London”.
