Pursuant to section 11 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I reappoint the following people to the National Advisory Committee on Health and Disability:
Emeritus Professor Linda Holloway
for a term of office commencing on 30 June 2006 and expiring on 1 September 2009;
Professor Neil Pearce
for a term of office commencing on 30 June 2006 and expiring on 31 December 2007; and
Dr Api Talemaitoga
for a term of office commencing on 12 June 2006 and expiring on 12 June 2009.
