as a non-researcher member and chairperson of the Health Research Council of New Zealand.
These appointments, for three-year terms of office, commence on 1 July 2006 and were made by way of written notice to the members (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
