Pursuant to section 146A of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby give notice that Tauranga Boys’ College may enrol up to 20 girl students.
Notice is further given that this approval to enrol girl students at Tauranga Boys’ College is limited to the
school years 2006 to 2008 and will expire at midnight on
31 December 2008.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
