Orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on
28 June 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. PG6392.
Against: Thomas Goulter.
1988 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. TA5401.
Against: Scott Michael Duffell.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
