Pursuant to sections 112 and 114 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that the Combined Board of Trustees of
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Waiu o Ngati Porou,
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Mangatuna and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Waipiro will be split and that a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Waiu o Ngati Porou, a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Mangatuna and a Board of Trustees for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Waipiro will be established with effect from
30 March 2007.
I further declare that the residual employer of the employees of the combined board of trustees will be the Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Waiu o Ngati Porou.
