Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 292/05Decision No.: Ak. 54/06 Medland Holdings Limited (trading as Auckland European and Sports) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,033.54.
MVD 11/06 Decision No.: Ak. 50/06 Global Linking Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,172.40 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 37/06 Decision No.: Ak. 51/06 Sunline Corporation Limited (trading as Vision Vehicles) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $6,129.80 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 46/06 Decision No.: Ak. 59/06 Economical Motor Import Limited (trading as Eco Motors) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser the sum of $6,350.00 plus compensation of $759.67 plus any insurance refunds and costs of $50.00.
MVD 53/06 Decision No.: Ak. 53/06 Bill Russ Motors Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser the sum of $1,000.00 plus compensation of $500.00 plus any insurance refunds and costs of $50.00.
MVD 61/06 Decision No.: Ak. 47/06 Mike O’Connor Limited (trading as Mike O’Connor Trucks) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $10,000.00 plus any insurance refunds.
MVD 67/ 06Decision No.: Wn. 24/06 Christchurch Motor Group Limited (trading as Christchurch BMW) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $8,444.83.
