Pursuant to section 65ZD of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives the following notice:
“On the 21st day of June 2006, I, The Honourable
Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour of The Museum of New Zealand
Te Papa Tongarewa, under an Indemnity Agreement related to an exhibition of artworks by John Constable”.
