Heather Ann McConachy, of Auckland
Diane Menzies, of Christchurch
each to be an Environment Commissioner for a period of five years on and from 28 June 2006; and
Jennifer Daphne Rowan, of Wellington
to be an Environment Commissioner for a term commencing on 1 November 2006 and ending on 30 June 2007.
