Pursuant to section 249 of the Education Act 1989 and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I reappoint
Margaret Bendall
as a member of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority Board.
The appointment will commence on 1 July 2006 and expire on 31 December 2007.
