MVD 32/06Decision No.: AK 41/06 Westlake Motor Company Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $708.55 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 40/06Decision No.: AK 42/06 Keppler Vehicle Imports Limited Ordered that the trader remove the corroded battery andhave the whole contaminated area cleaned and painted with a protective material plus have the faulty shock absorbers repaired and a new battery purchased and fitted at the trader’s cost plus costs of $50.00.
