In terms of section 24C (1) of the Judicature Act 1908, after consultation with the Chief High Court Judge, I nominate
The Honourable Justice Rodney Harold Hansen, Judge of the High Court of New Zealand
in replacement of
The Honourable Justice John Hugh Williams
as the Supervising Judge of the Commercial List established at the office of the High Court, Auckland, under section
24A of the Judicature Act 1908.
The nomination takes effect from 1 June 2006.
