Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner at Caversham Primary School (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 April 2004, No. 44, page 1114), and appoint
Colin Brown
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Caversham School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
