3 April 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
— Mitsubishi Delica, Registration No. TU747.
Against: Joseph Phillips.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (09) 916 2600) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
