Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 January 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Ngatai Huia Kara in respect of Amataga fou ki Otautahi (65190), situated at 65 Briggs Road, Mairehau, Christchurch.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
