Pursuant to section 11H of the District Courts Act 1947,
Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Heather Jean White, retired Community Magistrate of
Te Puke
to be an Acting Community Magistrate, to carry out such functions and powers as are conferred on Community Magistrates, in such Courts at such times as the Chief District Court Judge may from time to time direct, under section 11C of the District Courts Act 1947, for a term commencing on 25 June 2006 and expiring on 6 February 2008.
