Orders were made in the New Plymouth District Court
on 4 May 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1990 Mitsubishi Eterna, Registration No. YX6765.
Against: Richard Antony Sawtell.
1991 Subaru Legacy, Registration No. XN1611.
Against: Nathan Alan Jessie Bruce Marsh.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 968 6500) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
