Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby amends the notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Horowhenua Energy Limited as Requiring Authority)
Notice (No. 1) 1997, dated the 18th day of August 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 1997, No. 108, page 2536, as follows:
The name “Horowhenua Energy Limited” is changed to “Electra Limited”.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
