Appeals Authority
Pursuant to section 129N (4) of the Immigration Act 1987, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Richard John Towle, of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority
for a term commencing on 17 March 2006 and ceasing on
30 June 2007; and
Martha Anne Roche, of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority
for a term commencing on 1 July 2006 and ceasing on
30 June 2010.
