I reappoint
John Packard Goulter, D.C.N.Z.M.
as presiding member of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission from 1 July 2006 to 30 April 2009; and
Frederick (Guy) Herbert
as a member of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission from 1 May 2006 to 30 April 2009.
