Orders were made in the Tauranga District Court on
7 April 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1982 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. KS3842.
Against: Tamahau Vincent Tawa.
1989 Mazda 323, Registration No. OS679.
Against: Aaron Robert Seager.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 928 7200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
