Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Internal Affairs appoints

Terence Stanley Scott (deputy chair)
John Duncan A. Hercus (member)
to the New Zealand Fire Service Commission, as established under the Fire Service Act 1975, for three year terms commencing 13 April 2006.
