Pursuant to section 12 (3) (a) of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000, the Acting Minister of Energy gives the following notice:
The Acting Minister of Energy has decided that the existing National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy will be replaced.
A replacement strategy shall be prepared and issued
in accordance with sections 13 to 17 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000.
