Pursuant to section 207 of the Employment Relations Act 2000, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Mark Eversfield Perkins, District Court Judge
to be a temporary Judge of the Employment Court for a term of 12 months commencing on 1 July 2006.
