Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on 6 December 2005, the
New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
THAT
1. Pursuant to sections 112 (2) (a) and 113 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, the name of Kathryn Louise Webber (also known as Kathryn Louise Clemm) be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand.
2. The practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $2,504.81.
3. The practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $2,783.00.
