Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on 28 November 2005, the
New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
1. That practitioner David John Batchelor, formerly of Dunedin, be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor for a period of three years from
28 November 2005.
