2 February 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1991 Mitsubishi Chariot, Registration No. UK962.
Against: Mererina Tohe Nathan.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (09) 439 3162) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
