Orders were made in the Opotiki District Court on 26 January 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1980 Toyota Starlet, Registration No. JT4399.
Against: Gary Denys James.
1989 Honda Prelude, Registration No. TX9530.
Against: Waitangi Terrence Ranapia.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 315 5210) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
