Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 September 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Edna Viriama Haurua, in respect of Te Apii Reo Kuki Airani Pre-School (20513), situated at 113 Richmond Road, Ponsonby, Auckland.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
